SET SAIL FOR THE BIRTHPLACE OF THE WESTERN WORLD

The cultural landmarks waiting for you to discover in Greece are limitless. Ancient ruins bleached by over a millennium in the sun are commonplace throughout the country, often juxtaposed by modern architecture and bewitching views. Truly, there’s no other country quite like Greece, as you’ll discover over this 10-night adventure aboard the Azamara Journey®.

This journey begins in Athens, the world’s ancient capital and home to limitless cultural treasures—including the Parthenon, the Temple of Olympian Zeus, and the Acropolis. Then, we’re off for an overnight on the glamorous island paradise of Mykonos, where late-night dancing and dining adventures are waiting.

From here, we’ll island hop to Paros and historic Rhodes (where you’ll be transported back to the days of the Byzantine Empire) before arriving on Crete for stops in modern Agios Nikolaos and magnificent Chania.

The next morning, arrive in Zakynthos to explore towering limestone cliffs and swim in breathtaking turquoise waters. Then it’s off to explore the lush green forests surrounding Igoumenitsa, followed by a day cruising in your boutique hotel at sea. The journey concludes (but the adventure is just beginning) in Venice, one of Europe’s most romantic and evocative cities.
