JOIN US ON A VOYAGE TO ONE OF OUR FAVORITE PLACES ON EARTH.

(And we've been to a lot of places.)

Shhhh. We’re going to have to be very, very quiet. So lean in close and we’ll whisper in your ear. Because when it comes to talking about how much we love cruising in the Mediterranean, well, it almost feels like we’re cheating on the other Azamara destinations. We don’t want them to get jealous.

It’s like we’re having a love affair with this region and it starts right at the bottom of our feet. Literally. It’s in every detail of the cobblestone alleyways, elegant esplanades, cliff-side footpaths, waterfront promenades, and roads made of marble. When we walk through the cities, towns, and villages of the Mediterranean, it’s almost as if we’re strolling hand-in-hand on a spectacular walk through time.

Our hearts still skip a beat when we dock at each port. The beaches, castles, palaces, cathedrals, and UNESCO World Heritage sites seem to be around every bend. And it’s absolutely impossible to keep from sighing with pleasure as we sample our way through tapas, mezes, hors d’oeuvres, and antipasti. (Any way you say it the food here is always delicious.)

Please, just trust us on this: You, too, will fall in love when you sail to the Mediterranean with Azamara Club Cruises®.

THE ITALIAN RIVIERA

Ahh, the Italian Rivera. Just thinking about it puts huge smiles on our faces. This place is beloved by literati, glitterati, and “Azamara-i” alike for its combination of beaches, picture-perfect views, storied history, proud traditions, and food. Lots and lots of delicious food!

On this stretch of coastline in the north corner of Italy you can dig into Genoa’s past, take one of the world’s most scenic hikes through Cinque Terra, and see why our guests write comments like, “I love you Portofino.” At the end of the day, we can highly recommend a meal of seafood antipasti, focaccia and pesto, plus an aperitif of limoncello, and raise a glass to la dolce vita!

THE FRENCH RIVIERA

Situated along the southeast coastline of France, the French Riviera—or the Cote d’Azur as it’s referred to en français—is one of the world’s truly alluring places, where blue waters, golden beaches, and colorful cities make for what our guests describe as “flawless” Azamara voyages.

Take in the aromatic scents of Nice’s flower markets, discover the fjords of Marseilles, and try your luck at the Casino de Monte-Carlo in Monaco. Or sit back at a beachfront café in Saint-Tropez and have a leisurely lunch of ratatouille and rosé, as you watch people and yachts pass by. It’s always la vie fantastique in the French Riviera.

THE HOLY LAND

Located between the Mediterranean and the River Jordan, and stretching from Egypt to Syria, The Holy Land encompasses such places as Israel, Western Jordan, and the Sinai Peninsula, and is sacred to four different faiths: Baha’i, Christianity, Islam, and Judaism.

Since ancient times, pilgrims have come to this junction of Africa, Asia, and Europe to worship and pray at some of the world’s most revered sights. And on one of our very special Holy Land voyages, you too will reflect in awe at the Temple Mount and Via Dolorosa’s Stations of the Cross in Jerusalem, as well as Nazareth, Mount Carmel, the Sea of Galilee, and more.
