Unless stated otherwise, all rates are per person, based on double occupancy, cruise only, in GBP, and subject to availability. Rates may vary by ship, departure date, and stateroom category. All rates, savings offers and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Savings offers may be withdrawn at any time. Azamara reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update fares, fees and surcharges at any time without prior notice.
Voyage, Cruisetour, And Hotel Cancellation Charges
If you or anybody travelling with you wishes to cancel either your/their holiday, the lead guest must contact us (if booking direct) or your travel agent and give notice in writing using registered mail or email to ensure safe receipt of the cancellation letter. The holiday will only be cancelled on the date we actually receive the written notice of cancellation. Generally, if you cancel you will have to pay the cancellation charges set out below. Amendment charges cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
The following cancellation charges will apply calculated by reference to the full booking price of your holiday and reference to date is to the date your holiday commences:

Refunds will be made directly to your credit card if you booked through Azamara, or to your travel professional if that’s how you made and paid for your reservation. Azamara is not responsible for any refunds that your travel professional fails to reimburse. Some travel professionals impose their own charges in connection with a voyage, including a flat service fee or a value-added charge for additional amenities or services. Charges or fees imposed by your travel professional will not be included in a refund from Azamara.
