Backstage Enhancements on the Azamara Quest

Hello Azamara Fans -

I'm sure you enjoyed looking at the before and after photos of the enhancements and upgrades that were accomplished throughout the Azamara Quest during its November 2012 dry-dock. On January 14, 2013, the Azamara Journey will emerge from its dry-dock facelift with the same refinements and dark-blue painted hull.

You've had a chance to see some of the renovations on the Azamara Quest, which include new carpets, upholstery, and a new color palette in public spaces. The Casino Bar's expansion with new furniture created a more inviting atmosphere for guests to mingle, visit with their onboard friends and make new ones. The spa and fitness center was refreshed with a new steam room, showers, and state-of-the-art Life Fitness cardio equipment. Further upgrades include new mattresses and veranda furniture for suites and staterooms, a resurfaced pool and new sun loungers and pool towels on the outer decks.

These upgrades are enhancements to the "onstage" setting for our guests so that our onboard officers, staff and crew can continue to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience that surpasses your expectations. We believe that their high competence, friendliness, and the incredible service they provide places us at the top of worldwide leisure travel experiences. In fact, onboard guest satisfaction scores have consistently pushed 100%.

To ensure that we continue to deliver travel in a way that will enhance guest expectations, we've invested in our "backstage" setting as well. Our most important asset is our staff and crew and we've implemented physical improvements in the crew area that will enhance their personal and private time when they are not "onstage" anticipating your needs and then making it happen.
