A message for guests travelling on Azamara Quest’s Great Cities and Waterways of Asia voyage from Osaka, Japan on 17 March 2016:
Azamara Club Cruises is in the process of refurbishing our ships from bow-to-stern. Azamara Journey’s overhaul is complete and we’re incredibly happy with the finished product, however the scope of the works has taken longer than anticipated to complete.
Regrettably, we need to modify the itinerary of Quest’s sailing prior to her Singapore drydock to provide three extra days to ensure the works are complete.
The 16 night cruise departing Osaka on 17 March will become a 13 night cruise, ending in Singapore on 30 March and cancelling the call to Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam.
To compensate for the inconvenience and missed port, we would like to offer all guests booked on the sailing a pro-rated refund of three days, USD$500 in onboard credit as well as a 20% future cruise credit. For those who incur a fee rescheduling their accommodation or return flight, we will reimburse up to AUD$500 per person. For those who would prefer to cancel the cruise entirely, a full refund for the cruise will be provided.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding. Thank you for choosing Azamara Club Cruises, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with any queries by calling 1800 754 500.
