Q. Can you please tell me why the fares have increased since I last cruised with you two years ago?
A. After receiving feedback from a wide range of guests, we decided to make many changes to our onboard product this past year. By including gratuities, complimentary wine with lunch and dinner, most beverages and upgrading our butler and stateroom attendant service, we now offer guests a more upscale and complete voyage experience. However, a byproduct of this shift was increased costs, which has led to a rise in pricing since 2009. We still invite our guests to compare our rates and amenities with our competitors and hope you will agree that the new Azamara Club Cruises offer even greater value than ever before.
