Part Five of the 8 Night Coastal California Voyage
A Sea Day and Chef’s Table Dinner
After three fun-packed but foggy days in San Francisco, guests were happy to see the sun shining on Sunday morning! This Coastal California voyage only features one sea day, and guests made the most of it!
With the sun shining, guests lounged by the pool all day and enjoyed a ship tradition – the Officer’s BBQ! Captain Jose, Cruise Director Russ, Executive Chef Robert and other Azamara Quest Officers served up delicious treats like tacos, gelato and Robert’s famous Volcano Pizza!
The Astral Spa was a busy place, as many guests indulged in acupuncture treatments, manicures and other services. Yoga, bingo and shopping were other popular activities!
That night, the #CruiseChat team enjoyed a Chef’s Table dinner in Prime C, the specialty steakhouse onboard. During this voyage, each one has been hosted by a local winery. We were joined by Susan from Trinchero Winery in Napa Valley.
Boban Boskovski, the Azamara Quest’s knowledgeable sommelier, provided helpful information throughout the evening.
Executive Chef Robert van Rijsbergen’s specially designed Californian menu was truly AzAmazing!
