Discoveries restaurant – food came out HOT for each course. Wonderful. Delicious entrees and excellent presentation. Quality of meat could be re-examined.
Milena, hostess in Discoveries – Appreciated how she asked “REMIND me of your stateroom number” and not “WHAT is your stateroom number” Smart move to have nightly chocolates made on the ship and not pre-packaged. Delicious and a nice variety. Nice to see crew being rewarded with incentives – they had a double-discount night in the shops for Christmas Teak lounge chairs with thick cushions were nice by the pool Appreciated complimentary wine, sodas, waters and specialty coffees Chairs in buffet and Discoveries were difficult to scoot in under the table
Nice how the natural and sparking waters are kept in a container sitting in a bucket of ice instead of from a pitcher where ice is mixed with the water Add more destination books in the library – extremely limited 2 days in St. Barts was OK but think that an overnight St. Maarten would be nicer – options for ferry service to other ports (including St. Barts) and possible to explore more of the island. It shows in their faces and that says it all
