This seven-night roundtrip from Athens includes three late nights and an overnight stay to enjoy fabulous Greek islands, the wonders of ancient Ephesus, and Turkey’s gorgeous Turquoise Coast. On Rhodes, explore the ancient city and picturesque village of Lindos, and the incredible Palace of the Grand Masters and other sites in the ancient and well-preserved Old Town. It’s hard not to fall in love with the sea and landscapes of the Turquoise Coast as we sail into port. Don’t miss optional Land Discoveries® to protected wetlands and a boat ride down the lush Dalyan River delta, where you’ll pass ancient Lycian rock tombs on the way to the harbor of Caunos. From there, you can climb to the acropolis for magnificent views of the region.
Ephesus: Back to Roman Times—October 21, 2013. Magnificent ruins are all that’s left of Ephesus, once the greatest city of the Mediterranean. You’ll visit when the crowds have left, and the massive columns and marble streets are bathed in soft light. Your private event will include sampling a variety of Turkish mezes and drinks before being treated to a lovely classical concert. A magical evening you’ll never forget.
