West Indies Celebration at Fairview Great House—December 2, 2013. Native foods, beer and rum punch add to the hospitality at a classic 18th century Great House restored with careful attention to historic detail. Stroll in the botanical gardens and sample jerk chicken, plantain rolls and sweet potato balls as you listen to a live band and watch a folklore group accompanies by West Indies drummers.
