Codorniu Cava and Flamenco—November 7, 2013. The Codorniu family has been producing Spain’s famous sparkling Cava wines since the 16th century. On a visit to this beautiful winery, you’ll learn how Cava is made and enjoy many regional specialties that it pairs with so well. You’ll also enjoy fabulous flamenco performances on six different stages, with the chance to meet and talk with performers.
