Azamara Club Cruises reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of west texas intermediate fuel exceeds us$65 per barrel. The fuel supplement for first and second guests would be no more than us$15 per guest per day, for a maximum of us$200 per cruise.

Our Pricing and Savings Policy: All rates are per person, based on double occupancy, cruise only, in USD, and subject to availability. Rates may vary by ship, departure date, and stateroom category. All rates, savings offers and itineraries are subject to change without notice. Savings offers may be withdrawn at any time. Government taxes and fees are additional.

Up to 50% off brochure fares is based on full brochure fares available on all voyages through December 2014 on AzamaraClubCruises.com. Savings vary by sailing and stateroom category. Full brochure fares may not have resulted in actual sales. All booking tools, including AzamaraClubCruises.com and booking confirmation, already reflect the 50% savings off brochure fares.

Included gratuities are for housekeeping, dining and bar staff only, and are available on all Azamara Club Cruises voyages.

New inclusive amenities are available on all Azamara Club Cruises voyages. Spirits, beers and wines are limited to select standard brands, and are only available in the bars during regular opening hours, and not through room service. Complimentary spirits, beers and wines in all bars will be available on voyages starting March 27, 2013 (Azamara Quest), and May 15, 2013 (Azamara Journey).

The AzAmazing Evenings event is complimentary. A refund will not be offered if guests do not attend or the event must be cancelled for any reason by Azamara Club Cruises. Because Azamara Club Cruises incurs costs for each participating guest, we ask that guests let us know by no later than 10:00 PM the previous day if they decide not to attend. Confirmed guests who do not cancel by this deadline and do not show up will be assessed a cancellation fee. Cancellation charges are US$200 per person for Northern Europe and Black Sea voyages, US$150 per person for Mediterranean and Holy Land voyages, and US$100 per person for Asia, West Indies, and South America voyages. Onboard spending credits cannot be used to pay for cancellation fees. If guests don’t pre-book the AzAmazing event online but decide to participate once onboard, they may sign up until the morning of the event, space permitting. To be sure there’s room, we encourage guests to sign up before boarding.

ChoiceAir Credit (CAC): Offers $500 or $1,000 per person CAC for Club Oceanview and higher categories for select 2013 voyages. Offer is applicable to new individual bookings, is per person, in USD, not redeemable for cash, and is based on round-trip flights from select U.S. and Canadian gateways. The offer does not apply to Club Interior staterooms and are not applicable with discounted rates, including, but not limited to: Interline, travel industry rates and net rates. Use booking code CHS for voyage reservation. Air has to be booked through ChoiceAir. Air credit will be applied against cruise fare after ChoiceAir flights are added to the booking. CAC is not available for 3rd and 4th guest in a stateroom. Certain gateways may not be available on all voyages. Full details for ChoiceAir is available at AzamaraClubCruises.com/ChoiceAir.

Savings of 25% on Land Discoveries (LDS) is valid for full fare bookings on 2013 voyages if pre-booked online at AzamaraClubCruises.com/LandDiscoveries at least four (4) days prior to your voyage, and is not available once onboard ship. LDS offers 25% savings on most Land Discoveries as outlined below starting on March 27, 2013 (Azamara Quest) and May 15, 2013 (Azamara Journey); but excludes tours including a flight and/or hotel, special ticketed events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Rio Carnival, concerts and other ticketed performances. Once guests have made at least one payment toward their voyage, Land Discoveries tours can be booked online. Booking number, ship name and sail date are required when booking online. LDS reservations are accepted on a first come, first serve basis, and are subject to availability. Onboard spending credits cannot be used towards LDS bookings once onboard ship. LDS is not available for chartered voyages. Cancellation penalties apply to Land Discoveries reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to day of shore excursion.
