Terms and Conditions
Azamara Club Cruises reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65 per barrel. The fuel supplement for first and second guests would be no more than $15 per guest per day, for a maximum of $200 per cruise.

2012 ChoiceAir Credit: ChoiceAir Credit (CAC) offers $500 per person ChoiceAir credit for Club Oceanview & Club Veranda staterooms & Club Continent suites, and $1,000 per person ChoiceAir credit for Club Ocean & Club World Owner suites on all 2012 sailings, except blackout dates as follows: Azamara Quest May 24 and July 22, 2012 voages. The offer is per person, in USD, not redeemable for cash, and is based on round-trip flights from select U.S. and Canadian gateways. Use booking code CHS for voyage reservation. Air has to be booked through ChoiceAir. Air credit will be applied against cruise fare after ChoiceAir flights are added to the booking. CAC is not available for 3rd and 4th guest in a stateroom. Certain gateways may not be available on all voyages.

Club Oceanview to Club Veranda Upgrade Offer is subject to availability on select voyages as shown in the above grid. Bookings must be made in Club Veranda categories (V1, V2, V3) using price codes starting with FREEUP (for cruise only bookings) or CHSUP (for ChoiceAir bookings). These price codes allow guests to book Club Veranda staterooms at Club Oceanview rates. The number of veranda staterooms is limited. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. Certain restrictions apply.
2012 ChoiceAir Credit and Club Oceanview to Club Veranda Upgrade are applicable to new individual and group bookings made between December 5, 2011 and June 30, 2012. The offers do not apply to Club Interior staterooms. Offers are not applicable with discounted rates, including, but not limited to: Interline, travel industry rates and net rates.
Up to 50% Savings is based on full brochure fares available on, AzamaraClubCruises.com/2012Rates, and is available on all 2012 voyages. Savings vary by sailing and stateroom category. Full brochure fares may not have resulted in actual sales. All booking tools, including AzamaraClubCruises.com and booking confirmation already reflect the 50% savings off brochure fares.
50% savings on 2012 Land Discoveries (LDS) is valid for full fare bookings on all 2012 voyages if pre-booked online at AzamaraClubCruises.com/LandDiscoveries, and is not available once onboard ship. LDS offers 50% savings on most Azamara Land Discoveries; but excludes tours including a flight and/or hotel, special ticketed events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Rio Carnival, concerts and other ticketed performances, as well as private arrangements. Once guests have made at least one payment toward their voyage, Land Discoveries tours can be booked online beginning four months prior to each season. Booking number, ship name and sail date are required when booking online, and bookings can be made until 4 days prior to sailing date. LDS reservations accepted on a first come, first served basis, and are subject to availability. Onboard spending credits cannot be used towards 50% LDS bookings once onboard ship. LDS is not available for chartered voyages. Cancellation penalties apply to Land Discoveries reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to day of shore excursion.
Included gratuities are for housekeeping, dining and bar staff only, available on all Azamara Club Cruises voyages.
