CruiseCare Cancellation Penalty Waiver Program

  • If you must cancel or interrupt your voyage for specified reasons, Azamara Club Cruises® will waive the non-refundable cancellation provision of your Voyage Ticket Contract and reimburse you for any unused, prepaid portion of your trip.
  • If you or your traveling companion must cancel for any other reason, you may be eligible for credit up to 75% of the non-refundable value of your prepaid Cruise Vacation for use toward a future voyage.

The CruiseCare Cancellation Penalty Waiver Program is brought to you by Azamara Club Cruises. For NY residents, the CruiseCare Cancellation Penalty Waiver Program is underwritten by Stonebridge Casualty Insurance Company, an AEGON Company, Columbus, OH.

CruiseCare Travel Insurance Program

  • Trip cancellation for independently booked air, up to total original airfare cost, and trip interruption for independently booked air up to 150% of total original airfare cost.
  • Delay of trip: Up to $500 if you miss the departure of your ship due to specified reasons, plus additional reimbursement for accommodations, meals and transportation expenses needed to meet your ship.
  • Baggage Protection: Up to $1,500 for lost, stolen or damaged baggage, or up to $500 toward the purchase of essential personal items if your bags are missing for 24 hours or more.
  • Medical Expenses: Up to $10,000 should you become ill or injured while on your cruise vacation. Please carefully consider medical coverage, as Medicare and many private insurance policies do not cover medical costs outside the U.S. or Canada, and many HMOs do not cover medical costs outside a specified geographical area.
  • Emergency Evacuation: Up to $25,000 for medical services and supplies if a covered illness or injury requires air or ground transportation to a specialized facility or your home. To ensure safe transport, this service is coordinated by our 24-hour assistance provider.
