Cancellation of Pre- or Post-Voyage Hotel Stays

If a Pre- or Post-Voyage Hotel Stay is cancelled within 30 to 8 days prior to departure, guests are subject to a cancellation fee of 50%. No refunds will be made for guests who are “no shows”; who cancel within 7 days of departure; have hotel stays that are interrupted before stay has been concluded; or have improper documentation.

Please Note: The cancellation penalty for the hotel will reflect in the booking 24 hours after the tour code is cancelled. Please ensure the Travel Partner is made aware that the penalty will be applied to the booking. Guests who are eligible for a refund must return all documents issued by Azamara Club Cruises prior to a refund being processed.
