Cancellation Policy

Plans change, and sometimes voyages and Cruisetours must be rescheduled or cancelled. Bookings can only be changed or cancelled by you or your travel agent. A cancellation charge may apply, depending on proximity to the departure sailing date. Please see the chart below for details. Note that no refunds will be made if you fail to board the ship, fail to arrive for your Cruisetour or must depart early from the voyage or Cruisetour for any reason.
