Membership. To qualify for enrollment in Le Club Voyage, guests must complete one voyage at full fare,* which includes most promotional rates offered in the general marketplace by Azamara Club Cruises. Club Points are earned based on stateroom category purchased and length of voyage when you sail with Azamara Club Cruises and Celebrity Cruises (including Cruisetours). Azamara Club Cruises makes it possible for you to earn up to eighteen Club Points per night.*

Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. Reciprocity Program. As part of the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCL) family of brands, Azamara Club Cruises offers reciprocal membership benefits between members of the Captain's Club loyalty program at Celebrity Cruises and the Crown & Anchor loyalty club of Royal Caribbean International. Le Club Voyage members have the opportunity to enjoy benefits onboard sister-brand ships at the equivalent level as Le Club Voyage membership, starting at the Explorer level. Some Crown & Anchor levels do not offer reciprocity for Le Club Voyage members. Captain's Club members (all levels) will enjoy the benefits of the Le Club Voyage tier levels that correspond to Captain's Club credits earned. Crown & Anchor members who have reached the Platinum level or higher will enjoy the benefits of Le Club Voyage tier levels that most closely correspond to Crown & Anchor credits earned. Until further notice, guests who sail on Azamara Club Cruises or Celebrity Cruises will earn Club Points or Captain’s Club Points toward their memberships in both Le Club Voyage and Captain's Club, regardless of which brand they sail. Both Captain's Club and Le Club Voyage members will enjoy the benefits of their tier levels on both lines. Program terms are subject to change.

Quarterly Tactical Member Offers: This program offers Le Club Voyage members the opportunity to book select future sailings at a 10% savings, subject to availability. A list of new sailings will be provided once every three months. Savings are for new bookings only and are available to individual or group reservations. 10% savings apply to the cruise fare only; savings do not apply to taxes, fees & port expenses, air, or any other non-cruise component booked. Offer is combinable with Azamara Club Cruises general marketplace offers, back to back savings, onboard booking savings, and single supplement savings. Offer is not combinable with certain restricted fares, incentive groups, contracted groups, or charter bookings. Loyalty Stateroom Category Upgrade program provides guest the ability to upgrade from Club Interior (categories 09, 10, 11, 12) to Club Oceanview, Club Oceanview (categories 04, 05, 06, 07, 08) to Club Veranda, or Club Veranda (categories (VX, V1, V2, V3) to Club Continent Suite (categories N1 or N2) accommodations, based on availability, for $199 USD per person (including all guests in triple and quad occupancy staterooms) or for $398 USD per stateroom for single bookings. Loyalty Stateroom Category Upgrade is not applicable on Club World Owner’s Suites and Club Ocean Suites (categories CW, CO). Equivalent amount in other currency is available. Program is available for bookings booked under full fare or general marketplace promotions only. Program is not valid for bookings made in guarantee categories (W, X, Y, Z), for bookings created within 120 days to departure, or bookings that change stateroom categories within 120 days to departure. Only one category upgrade of any kind permitted to reservation. To participate in the program guests or Travel Partners must go to AzamaraClubCruises.com/upgrade and submit an Upgrade Request form. Azamara Club Cruises is not liable for any incorrect contact information included on the form and submitted by themselves or their Travel Partner. Once a guest or Travel Partner is notified by Azamara Club Cruises that they are eligible for the upgrade, it is up to the guest or Travel Partner to provide payment. When a guest or Travel Partner contacts the Call Center, an Azamara Club Cruises agent will validate that the guest is on the waitlist and is eligible for the upgrade before collecting payment and processing the upgrade. If a guest is on back-to-back voyages, and an upgrade becomes available while they are onboard, the Cruise Sales Manager, Guest Relations, or Concierge will contact the guest for payment. Once a guest is notified that an upgrade is available, it is still subject to availability until payment is received by Azamara. Single bookings will be required to pay for two guests ($398) in order to receive the upgrade. Requests will be processed based on availability 2-4 weeks prior to departure. Requests will be prioritized based on loyalty level (guest with highest status in a stateroom will be used for these purposes) and then based on time of request. Terms may vary by country.
Onboard Parties and Activities. All onboard parties and activities are scheduled at the discretion of ship management based on itineraries and other activities. Terms may vary by country.
Hosted Le Club Voyage Sailings: These sailings will be planned two times a year – once on the Azamara Quest and once on the Azamara Journey. Special events and activities will be planned around the ship’s destination. These voyages will be announced to Club members about one year out. Terms may vary by country.
Azamara Passages Onboard Savings Offers: U.S. and Canadian Residents: The Azamara Passages Offers are available to members of Le Club Voyage loyalty program and is open to new, individual bookings only. Open Passages bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking. Reserved Passages bookings require a refundable 50% deposit at time of booking. Full deposit amounts range from $550-$1100 USD per person. 50% reduced deposit offer is not applicable to Club World Owner’s Suites and Club Ocean Suites; standard deposit rates apply. Guests will receive cruise fare savings of 3% - 10% per stateroom; amount based on guest’s Le Club Voyage loyalty tier. Adventurer tier will receive 3%, Explorer tier will receive 4%, Discoverer will receive 5%, Discoverer Plus will receive 7%, and Discoverer Platinum will receive 10%. First-time guests may take advantage of this offer, but must enroll in the Le Club Voyage onboard to receive savings. The Azamara Passages Offers are combinable with Azamara Club Cruises general marketplace offers, back to back savings, and single supplement savings. Open Passage: The Open Passage account balance may be applied against the cost of an Azamara individual or group cruise and is not valid on any other cruise line, including any other affiliates of Azamara Club Cruises. There is no expiration date on an Open Passage account. Open Passage does not apply to Restricted Rates. Once a ship and voyage date is selected for an Open Passage account and the guest cancels for any reason, the guest may apply for a refund subject to the terms of Azamara’s standard cancellation policy, less the amount of the deposit. Savings will be applied to booking after guest selects ship and voyage and booking details are finalized. At least one name on the original Azamara Passages Account must remain the same (no double name changes allowed).
Reserved Passage: Under the Reserved Passage offer, guest will receive a $200 onboard credit per stateroom, which will be applied to the future cruise. OBC has no cash value, is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and will expire if not used by 10:00 PM on the final night of the cruise. The sail date and ship can only be changed once booking is made. Single bookings will receive a pro-rated OBC based on the single supplement rate paid.
Guests will have the ability to make multiple Azamara Passages bookings when onboard. Name changes for multiple Azamara Reserved Passages will be allowed for a 30 day period. The cancellation policy for multiple Azamara Reserved Passage bookings is the same as our normal cancellation policy stated above. For multiple Open Passages, once the ship and sail date are selected, normal name change and cancellation policies apply. Please see your onboard Cruise Sales Manager for more details.
Earned Complimentary Nights: Complimentary nights have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are not transferable, and must be booked within one year after date earned. Complimentary nights can only be redeemed on sailings 7-nights or longer. Guests are responsible for paying pro-rated amount of prevailing cruise fare rate at the time of booking (calculated as the per night price of the cruise times the numbers of nights not covered by the certificate), as well as full taxes, fees & port expenses for total duration of the cruise. Complimentary nights cannot be combined with any other program or promotion or Restricted Rates. Complimentary nights earned when reaching different levels cannot be redeemed together. A balance of any unused complimentary nights can be redeemed only by Discoverer Platinum members who book 7-9-night voyages within one year of when the complimentary night(s) was awarded. Stateroom category will be based on category guest most frequently purchased on Azamara. The following blackout dates apply: Azamara Journey departing 2/19/15 and Azamara Quest departing 7/4/15, 7/18/15, and 7/11/16. Complimentary nights are earned against original stateroom category booked on cruises departing on or after January 1, 2015. To earn complimentary nights, members must earn at least 50% of their member points on Azamara and must have sailed with Azamara within the past 3 years. Terms may vary by country.
Onboard Savings on select purchases. Depending on a loyalty level, guests will receive savings on Signature Spa Treatments ranging from 10% to 25% and Internet packages ranging from 30% to 50%. These savings will be applied onboard the ship. Guests in the Discoverer tiers will also receive 5% savings when spending $1,000 or more in Fine Jewelry, or 10% savings when spending $2,000 or more in Fine Jewelry. Terms may vary by country.
Priority Check-In: This benefit will be available to the three Discoverer member levels. This benefit may not be available in all embarkation ports due to logistics considerations.
