And just what are Presidential Voyages, you may ask? Well, they’re very special cruises with our own President and CEO Larry Pimentel at the helm. (Actually, Larry’s not at the helm; that would be Captain Carl or Captain Johannes.) But Larry is onboard—accompanied by his wonderful wife, Sandi—and during these seven-day Presidential Voyages, they host onboard social events, informal get-togethers and of course some pretty AzAmazing EveningsSM throughout the week.
The first Presidential Voyage—7 Nights Springtime Along the Cote d’Azur—departs Barcelona, Spain, on April 3, and includes a very special AzAmazing Evenings event: Sète Joutes, the colorful sport of water jousting, which has been a tradition on Sète’s Royal Canal since 1666. In addition to this late night stay in Sète, France, the Azamara Quest will also have overnight or late night stays in Marseille, Cannes, St. Tropez, Nice, and Monte-Carlo. Oh la la!
