The President’s Voyage is in Cork, Ireland today. Strolling through the hilly streets of Cork, you’ll find you can’t escape the constant hum of music. It’s actually the citizens of Cork. Widely regarded as the most talkative of all the Irish, Corkonians have a characteristic sing-songy cadence you’ll find intoxicating as you cross over the many graceful bridges to arrive at the Butter Exchange of 1770. Here you can admire the deft hands of local artisans weaving and cutting crystal. St. Anne’s Church, with the famous Shandon Bells, is a stone’s throw away.

Recently, I was privileged to cruise on the Journey from Barcelona on June 18. I travelled with my husband, John and 2 daughters Annabelle and Emma, aged 15 and 11.
I can not use enough superlatives to describe our experience. Each time we travel with Azamara we are truly amazed how staff go ‘above and beyond’ in every possible way. In fact, I feel remiss in not naming individually every single staff member we had an interaction with.
