Destination Immersion

Punta del Este – Uruguay’s Playground in Paradise

Casapueblo & Ralli Museum

Long considered one of the most incredible seaside destinations in the world, this small South American town of 10,000 plays host to over 500,000 visitors each year—including a veritable who’s who in the fields of entertainment, fashion and business. And no wonder! Punta del Este’s 20-miles of beaches are spectacular and distinctive, offering big waves at La Brava for the more adventurous surfing set, or calmer waters at La Mansa, ideal for doing nothing but relaxing or working on your tan.

The Azamara Record

Introducing The Azamara Record

When it comes to choosing to sail away with Azamara Club Cruises, there are many ways we can appeal to your senses. It begins with two intimate, boutique-style cruise ships paired with inclusive complimentary onboard amenities and finally – a destination immersion experience that is perfectly defined by longer stays, more overnights and night touring. Clearly, we’ve only scratched the surface but perhaps we should let someone else do all the talking. Enjoy a sample of our new Azamara Record, a collection of unsolicited comments from past guests, travel professionals and members of the media.

The Philosophy of Adventurous Itineraries

“Halfway through a two-week voyage highlighting the Greek Isles, passengers were enamored with this port-loving ship (Azamara Quest). Azamara Club Cruises encourages guests to become a thread in the fabric of life that defines destinations. Supporting this immersion philosophy, longer cruises with late night and overnight stays, distinguish the line’s adventurous itineraries.”

Dana Hammond, AAA New York Car & Travel Magazine (2012)

Building a Cruising Appetite

If you remember our Azamara Scores Big in Cruise Critic’s 2012 Cruisers’ Choices Awards , we made a casual reference to the “little engine that could.” Since then, our tiny, two-ship cruise line continues to hungrily huff and puff its way to the top. And speaking of hungry, our intimate boutique ships, the Azamara Quest and the Azamara Journey may be small in comparison to other grandiose cruise ships, but they certainly carry their weight within the cruising industry. Especially when it comes to feeding our guests. This is typically what we have available onboard to ensure we can provide a full ship with the most delicious cuisines. Click here to read more

Do you often find yourself ending a cruise thinking it may not have been long enough? Perhaps it’s time you considered our Extended Voyages. We’ve seen the world and we’d like to share it with you in a rather grand way. Click here to read more

Crossing the Line Tradition

View our photos taken from this memorable event and learn more about the traditional Crossing the Lines ceremony.

“On March 5, 2012 Azamara Journey crossed the Equator. As soon as we were on Northern Latitude we made two 360s. This made us cross the Equator 5 times in 30 minutes. King Neptune also left his business card outside Mosaic Cafe. If you’d like to see it up-close, come see us in Miami on March 18.” Captain Johannes Tysse
