Because Azamara Club Cruises® continues to place a heavy emphasis on fine cuisine with high quality boutique wines offered complimentary at lunches and dinners on every sailing, I’ve noticed on many of the internet’s cruise line message boards that one of the most frequent of readers’ requests is to learn more about the specific items featured on our menus for Azamara Club Cruises two specialty restaurants Aqualina and Prime C.
When Ernest Hemingway titled his memoir about the 1920’s as “A Moveable Feast” he had no idea about Azamara Club Cruises and what a perfect phrase it would be to describe our culinary adventure on the high seas. You can see for yourself our “Moveable Feast” by clicking the links to view the most recent menus for both restaurants. I think you’ll enjoy your virtual culinary experience.
Aqualina
For Mediterranean-style cuisine such as pan seared Foie Gras; seafood bouillabaisse; pan-seared Chilean Sea Bass with saffron rice with Iberico chorizo, verduras verde and chilled gazpacho; duo of duck-roasted duck breast, duck confit, sautéed vegetables and Port wine glaze; choice of Lobster, either steamed, broiled, Thermidor or Lobster Pot Pie; and seared Mediterranean tuna with Skordalia-bread purée, roasted peppers, chickpeas and zuc just to name a few.
