Some of you might be wondering why we consider this our third anniversary, since “Azamara Cruises” began in 2007. Let me take you through the evolution of Azamara!

In December 2009, Azamara Cruises was re-launched as Azamara Club Cruises. The term “club” was added to our name to represent our personalized relationships with our guests, the promise of a high standard of service and the feeling Azamara guests have of belonging to an exclusive club. At the helm of the new brand of parent company Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. was Larry Pimentel as CEO and President.
